Description

In 2018 we have the pleasure of working with Stewarts Construction

This live city centre project consists of the demolition of the existing 8 storey office building within a very confined site and the construction of a 7-8 storey office building over one level of basement containing parking and ancillary facilities.
Stewart are working towards achieving LEED Gold Standard for this project

Curragh Race course

Description

We are currently working on Curragh racecourse with Purcell Construction on the new building are refurbishment of the Stable Yard which is scheduled to be completed in time for the 2018 racing season

Camida new office renovation

Description
In 2017 Camida took on a major decision to renovate two old run down period houses and turn them in to a state of the art office,

We have the pleasure of working along side Frank Murray and sons builders in doing this project from start to finish

Mount Juliet Golf Club House, Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny

We are working alongside Duggan Brothers Ltd on the extension to Mount Juiet Golf Club.

The works concerned are for the provision of a new single storey Golf club house in the grounds of the existing hotel at Mount Juliet Estate, Kilkenny
